Dan Sullivan is our representative. Over the years I have had many questions regarding our coverage, deductibles and exposure issues. Dan has taken the time to explain each line of our policy as well as make it "simple English" for me to understand. If I have a question, and Dan does not pick up his phone right away, he returns my call within that hour -I cannot ask for better service. Dan and Berry Insurance are very honest, Dan has advised me several times not to increase a certain coverage or reduce coverage, both a savings for me, not just another commission for him. Berry Insurance handles our workers comp, vehicle and health insurances. All these services are backed up by an excellent staff. When I call, I am assisted by Kaitlyn, Anne-Marie and Stacy all with the knowledge of our account. This gives me "peace of mind" knowing that I can have insurance certificates written for vendors on a timely fashion, any claims will be professionally handled and followed through so I can get back to my business knowing it is taken care of - that is worth a lot !
